We are looking for a Reservation & Sales Executive to join our office in Siolim for Holiday Villa Rentals.

The ideal candidate should be good with customers, speak politely and professionally, and be comfortable handling customer inquiries over calls and messages.

Responsibilities

- Receiving incoming calls from customers
- Understanding customer requirements
- Finding suitable villa options and sending offers
- Following up with customers
- Updating calendars and booking information on our software

Skills Required

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Active, positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary & Benefits

- Market-competitive salary based on abilities and education
- Bonus and commission after 1 year

Working Hours 10pm to 6pm or

11pm to 7pm

Weekly off

Freshers are welcome. Candidates from and around Siolim are preferred.
