Description

- Method development and validation of Assay, Dissolution, Related Substances, Residual Solvents for transdermal patches and topical formulations.
- Develop and execute In Vitro Release Testing (IVRT) and In Vitro Permeation Testing (IVPT) methods using Franz diffusion cells to evaluate drug release profiles.
- Conduct deformulation and reverse engineering studies of reference listed drugs (RLD).

4.Perform forced degradation and drug-excipient compatibility studies to establish degradation pathways.

- Characterize the physical and adhesive properties of transdermal systems, including peel adhesion, tack, shear strength, and liner release testing.
- Evaluate patches for drug content uniformity, crystal formation, skin permeation efficiency, and visible defects.
- Prepare protocol-bound technical documents, including Method development report, Method Validation Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), STP, and Transfer Reports.
