Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and innovative R&D; professional with strong expertise in ESS (Energy Storage Systems) and BSS (Battery Storage Systems) . The candidate will be responsible for research, product development, system design, engineering, innovation, testing, and commercialization of new and improved products.

The role requires a robust combination of technical expertise, product development experience, design capabilities, problem-solving skills, and innovation mindset to develop reliable, cost-effective, and market-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and contribute to R&D;, product development, and engineering projects from concept to commercialization.

· Design and develop new products and solutions related to ESS, BSS, energy storage, battery systems, and associated technologies .

· Conduct research and identify emerging technologies, market requirements,



and opportunities for product innovation.

· Develop new product concepts, prototypes, engineering designs, and technical specifications .

· Improve existing products through design optimization, performance enhancement, cost reduction, and reliability improvement .

· Work on battery systems, energy storage solutions, BMS, power electronics, control systems, and system integration , as applicable.

· Plan and execute prototype development, testing, validation, and qualification .

· Identify technical issues and implement effective root-cause analysis and corrective actions .

- Handle electrical R&D; activities related to lithium-ion batteries, ESS battery systems, and inverters.
