About the Company

COEQUAL INFOTECH is involved in the manufacturing of water treatment plants and works on water treatment projects. We provide solutions related to water treatment systems and support clients with project-specific technical requirements.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to handle technical and project-related activities in the water treatment sector.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and provide technical assistance.

Assist with plant design, layouts and technical quotations.





Understand water treatment products and project requirements.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Prepare and explain technical/commercial quotations.

Support project documentation and reporting.

Assist the Tele Sales team during the initial training period to understand products, customers and project requirements.

Requirements

Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to learn technical concepts related to water treatment.

Ability to understand and explain technical requirements.

Freshers and candidates with 0 TO 4 years of experience are welcome.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
