## Responsibilities

Plan and deliver comprehensive English lessons tailored to the developmental levels of students in grades 1 through 8.

Cultivate a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and effective communication.

Assess student progress through various evaluation methods, including written assignments, oral presentations, and standardized testing.

Prepare instructional materials, lesson plans, and curriculum resources that align with academic goals and educational guidelines.

Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with fellow faculty members to enhance teaching strategies and ensure consistency across the curriculum.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral observations.





Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in English education.

Requirements

A minimum of 0 to 2 years of relevant teaching experience or a fresh graduate with a strong academic background in English.

Proficiency in academic English, including grammar, literature, and composition, suitable for teaching elementary and middle school levels.

A valid teaching certification or degree in Education, English Literature, or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively and engage students of varying abilities.

Robust interpersonal skills with the capacity to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Commitment to upholding high ethical standards and fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Advantages
