Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales service support to customers by repairing and maintaining electronic equipment such as ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, microwaves, geyser, water purifiers, gas stoves, chimneys etc.
- Conduct field service calls to diagnose issues with customer's installed equipment and perform repairs in office.
- Troubleshoot technical problems using diagnostic tools and software.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues or escalate cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed including parts used and time spent at each location.
