Develop and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement. Collect and verify required customer and property documents. Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for timely processing.

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.



Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and business partners. Ensure compliance with company policies and KYC requirements.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage / Housing Finance sales. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Strong sales and business-development approach. Knowledge of the local market and customer segment. Willingness to travel for field sales. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
