Job Summary

We are hiring a Relationship Manager to be the main point of contact for our clients. You will understand their requirements, identify the right properties and take each deal through to successful onboarding.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients and build long-term relationships with them.
- Gather client requirements (budget, location, size, purpose of purchase or investment).
- Work closely with buyers, sellers, investors, brands, startups and real estate builders.
- Identify and shortlist suitable properties based on client requirements.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with clients across Bangalore.




- Negotiate between buyers and sellers to close deals.
- Successfully onboard properties and clients with proper documentation and follow-up.
- Follow up regularly with leads and update the CRM / lead sheets daily.
- Build and maintain a database of properties, owners and builders.
- Keep up with market rates, current launches and local property trends.
- Achieve monthly targets for site visits, onboardings and closures.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Any degree (graduates preferred).
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate, sales, client servicing or relationship management. Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills in English and the local language (Kannada is a plus).
- Confident, target-oriented and comfortable with field work.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Two-wheeler Is mandatory.
