Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals interested in building a career in the General Insurance industry. The role focuses on channel partner onboarding, relationship management, and business development across OEM, SME, and Agency Motor channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the business network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective channel partners.
- Support channel partners in understanding insurance products, processes, and business opportunities.
- Drive business growth through partner engagement, coordination, and relationship management.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for channel partners.
- Track partner performance and identify opportunities to improve business generation.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust relationship-building and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to work in a sales-oriented, target-driven environment.
- Enthusiasm to learn about the General Insurance industry and develop channel partnerships.
