As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, processing, and closing Home Loan applications primarily through the Open Market, connectors, and dealer networks, as well as managing company-provided D2C leads. This is a high-incentive, field-heavy role requiring strong relationship building with clients, bank partners, and market aggregators.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduation completed (Degrees in Finance, Business, or Commerce are preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2+ years of solid experience in Home Loan sales, Mortgages, or Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Core Skills: Must possess an active track record in Open Market / Field Sales Sourcing.
- Knowledge Base: Comprehensive understanding of home loan processing metrics,



basic eligibility calculations, and asset documentation requirements.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling skills to manage diverse high-value customer profiles.
- Traits: Result-driven orientation with the ability to function efficiently in a rapid-paced, target-centric sales setting.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
