About the Role

We are seeking customer-focused and motivated professionals for the Relationship Manager / Sales Executive position. Candidates will be responsible for assisting customers with new vehicle purchases, generating sales leads, explaining vehicle features, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles based on their needs.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and promotional offers.
- Generate sales leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Coordinate and assist customers with test drives.
- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Provide customer support throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and update sales records.

Eligibility Criteria




- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in new car sales or two-wheeler sales.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to generate leads and work towards sales targets.
- Willingness to work in a sales-oriented environment.
