Role Description This is a full-time, in office Relationship Manager role based in Durgapur.

The Relationship

Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing retail and small business customers, primarily for vehicle finance, loans against property, and related financial products. Daily activities include prospecting and lead generation, explaining product features and terms, conducting basic credit assessments, and supporting documentation and loan processing. The role involves maintaining ongoing relationships with existing customers, ensuring timely collections, resolving queries, and providing after-sales support.

Manager will work closely with branch teams and credit operations to achieve sales targets, maintain portfolio quality, and uphold regulatory and company compliance standards.

- Candidates should possess strong relationship-building and customer service skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable financial solutions.
- Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, including experience in field sales, target achievement, and converting leads into successful business.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in local language and clear, professional verbal and written communication.
- Candidates should possess basic financial and analytical skills, including understanding of lending products, documentation, and credit evaluation fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer accounts, follow up systematically, and maintain accurate records.
- Prior experience in NBFC, banking, or vehicle/loan financing will be an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; a background in finance, business, or commerce is preferred.
- Comfort with on-field work in Durgapur and nearby areas, along with basic computer proficiency (MS Office and CRM systems), is required.
