Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for maintaining and growing strong partnerships with hospitals, medical institutes, and hotels. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with existing clients, understanding their service requirements, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal operations and logistics teams to align service delivery with client expectations and agreed service levels.

The Relationship

Manager will also identify opportunities to expand business with current clients, support new client onboarding, and provide regular updates and reports to management.



This position requires consistent on-site presence at client locations and the Clean Cat facility to foster trust and ensure seamless communication.

Qualifications

- Client relationship and account management skills, including the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with hospital, medical, and hotel representatives at various levels.
- Basic sales and business development skills to identify opportunities, present services, and support negotiation of contracts or service terms.
- Coordination and organizational skills to manage schedules, follow up on client requests, and work closely with operations and delivery teams.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to handle service issues promptly and ensure quality and consistency in client experience.
- Comfort working in in office environments, with willingness to travel locally between client facilities and the Kolkata laundry unit as needed.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, facility management, or service-based industries.
- Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, hospitality, or a related field.
