We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to lead regulatory reporting change initiatives within the financial services/asset management domain. The role combines end-to-end project delivery with hands-on business analysis, including regulatory interpretation, impact assessment, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation.

Key Requirements:

- Robust experience in both Project Management and Business Analysis.
- Expertise in Regulatory Reporting projects (EMIR, Transaction Reporting, AIFM Annex IV, etc.).
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into business, data, and technology solutions.
- Experience managing stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Operations, Data, and Technology functions.
- Proven track record of delivering regulatory change projects from initiation through implementation.

Preferred Background: Asset Management, Financial Services, Regulatory Reporting, or Change Transformation programs.
