- Provide nursing care to patients as per their clinical needs and treatment plan.

- Monitor and record vital signs and report any significant changes in the patient's condition.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.

- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.

- Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records, and required documentation.

- Ensure proper patient identification before medication, procedures, and sample collection.

- Follow infection-control and biomedical waste management practices.

- Maintain proper hand hygiene and patient-safety precautions.

- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, medication, diet, and discharge instructions.

- Ensure proper handover and takeover during shift changes.





- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

- Check emergency equipment, medicines, and supplies as assigned.

- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing colleagues, and other departments.

- Report incidents, medication errors, or safety concerns promptly as per hospital protocol.

- Participate in nursing training, quality improvement, audits, and hospital initiatives.

- Perform other nursing responsibilities assigned by the Nursing In-charge or Supervisor.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
