What You'll Own:

⚡ Lead relationships with premium and top dealers across the region

⚡ Shape pricing, margin, and growth strategy for key accounts

⚡ Represent the brand at the highest level of dealer engagement

⚡ Mentor field teams and set the strategic tone for the region

Who We Want:

✔️ 10+ years in paints, building materials, or related industries

✔️ A proven track record scaling key/premium accounts, not just servicing them

✔️ A confident communicator who commands boardroom and shop-floor alike

✔️ Strategic thinker with the instincts to spot market prospect early

✔️ Fluent in Kannada
