? Function: Sales – General Trade

✈️ A fast-growing player in the Indian beverage industry, is looking for dynamic and commercially driven Regional Sales Managers to lead regional business growth across General Trade.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive regional sales, revenue, distribution and market expansion.
- Lead ASMs and frontline sales teams to achieve business targets.
- Manage distributor networks, productivity, ROI and channel relationships.
- Drive numeric and weighted distribution, outlet expansion and range selling.
- Strengthen in-market execution, visibility, promotions and trade schemes.
- Analyse sales performance, competitor activity and market opportunities.
- Ensure effective forecasting, reporting and sales process compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong FMCG experience,



preferably in General Trade.
- Proven track record in regional sales leadership and distributor management.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Robust commercial acumen, analytical skills and execution orientation.

MBA is mandatory; candidates from top B-schools preferred. Stable career progression and experience with reputed

FMCG organisations preferred.
