About the role

We’re looking for an ASM/RSM – Channel Sales to grow our sales through a strong channel partner network. You’ll own the targets for your territory, build a strong dealer network and grow our presence in the market.

What you’ll do

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory
- Appoint, develop and manage dealers, distributors and channel partners
- Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities
- Build robust relationships with existing partners to drive repeat business
- Track secondary sales, market trends, competitor activity and pricing
- Ensure timely collections and keep outstanding amounts healthy




- Conduct regular market visits and support channel partners on the ground
- Coordinate with internal teams on order processing, product availability and customer service
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts and market feedback

What we’re looking for

- 5–8 years in Channel Sales, preferably in home furnishings, interiors, furniture or related industries
- Proven dealer/distributor management and business development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
