- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at bank partners, identifying opportunities for cross-selling general insurance products

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance landscape.

Job Requirements :

- 4-8 years of experience in bancassurance sales or related field.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.

- Solid understanding of general insurance products and their applications in various industries (e.g., commercial, consumer).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
