Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Recent Delhi for a Regional Sales Head.

The Regional Sales

Head will oversee regional sales strategies, develop client relationships, and manage sales performnce. Core responsibilities include leading and mentoring a sales team, driving revenue growth, strategizing account management, analyzing market trends,



and ensuring effective execution of sales plans. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, the role is critical in shaping and achieving regional business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management to drive performance and build lasting client relationships.
- Proficient in Team Management, with leadership skills to guide and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, identify opportunities, and optimize sales strategies.
- Ability to create and implement strategic initiatives to achieve regional targets.
- Extensive experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
