Role & responsibilities
- Build Trade and Forex business for the assigned region and achieve assigned targets.
- Channel Management- engage with different Bank channel and enhance trade business distribution.
- Build and handle team of trade counsellors, Area Heads and trade desk managers.
- Ensure team of trade counsellors and trade desk officers are provided enough support and inroads to deliver results for their mapped branches.
- Ensure Customer service through better TAT and FTR.
- Ensure trade compliances, AML, KYC and MTM monitoring.
- Ensure minimum attrition of clients.
- Current to Bank Client acquisition.
- Providing Business Banking Limits to Trade clients to ring-fence client base and increase stickiness.
