Job Title: Refraction Counselor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a patient-focused Refraction Counselor to guide patients regarding vision testing, spectacle prescriptions, and suitable vision correction options while ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide patients through refraction tests and vision correction options.
- Explain spectacle prescriptions and lens options as advised by the optometrist.
- Counsel patients on suitable spectacles and lens packages.
- Coordinate with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and the optical team.
- Address patient queries and assist with follow-ups.
- Maintain patient records and ensure quality patient service.

Qualification: Any Degree; optometry or ophthalmic experience preferred.



Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in refraction counseling. Candidates with experience in eye hospitals or ophthalmic clinics are preferred.
