Role Description The Reel Shoot & Creator Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The intern will plan and shoot short-form video content, including reels for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily tasks include brainstorming creative concepts, coordinating basic setups for shoots, capturing footage, and collaborating with the marketing team on ideas that support client campaigns.

The intern will assist with selecting clips, basic editing,



and optimizing content for social platforms, while staying updated on current trends in short-form video and digital marketing.

Qualifications

- Ability to conceptualize and create engaging short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of video shooting techniques, including framing, lighting, and sound.
- Familiarity with mobile or entry-level camera equipment and simple editing tools or apps.
- Interest in digital marketing, social media trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with a marketing and design team.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Relevant coursework or prior project experience in media, communication, or content creation is a plus.
