What youll earn

- 5 LPA base salary
- 50,000 incentive for every GP you place. Place 4 GPs and youve earned an extra 2 lakhs. Place 10 and youve added 5 lakhs on top of your base.

What this role is Youll find GPs and overseas-trained doctors and place them with Australian clinics. You’ll run each placement from the clinic’s brief to the doctor’s first day. You’ll also help us win new clinic clients and grow the GP side of the business.

What you’ll do

- Source, screen and place GPs for small and mid-size Australian clinics, permanent and locum




- Guide doctors through AHPRA registration, Medicare provider numbers and visa pathways
- Work directly with our Brisbane team and build trust with clinic owners and practice managers
- Help bring in recent clinics and keep a pipeline of GPs who call you first

You’ll fit in if you

- Have [3+] years of agency recruitment experience with real GP or doctor placements into Australia
- Know how Australian GP recruitment works, including AHPRA, Medicare provider numbers and district of workforce shortage rules
- Have a network of GPs, or know how to find them fast
- Want to grow into business development
- Can work Brisbane hours and are self-driven
