The ideal candidate will have worked in recruitment firms for at least 1 year and must be valuable at Head Hunting & Mapping along with Database Search, and a firm believer in processes. They will understand business and numbers and should be able to take business decisions.

You will also be leading engagements with clients for delivery purpose. You must be articulate, high energy, and enjoy the hustle and bustle of our business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned mandates, from sourcing to offer closure.
- Achieve individual hiring targets and ensure timely delivery on client requirements.
- Source candidates through headhunting, talent mapping, databases, and professional networks.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on role requirements and client expectations.




- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide suitable talent.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop an understanding of industry trends, talent markets, and competitor organisations.
- Manage multiple mandates while maintaining recruitment quality and process efficiency.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a recruitment consultancy.
- Experience in sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping, and database searches.
- Ability to manage recruitment mandates and achieve hiring targets.
- Strong communication, candidate management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong ownership and attention to detail.
