Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Domestic Recruiter with 2-10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding candidates across various domains and skill sets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Understand client hiring requirements and create sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews.
- Assess candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure successful joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Meet monthly recruitment targets and SLAs.
- Generate recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Solid experience in Domestic IT and/or Non-IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Excellent sourcing and screening skills.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in stakeholder and candidate management.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience recruiting for IT technologies, Engineering, Manufacturing, Healthcare, BFSI, or other domains.
- Strong negotiation and offer management skills.
