The recruitment intern will assist the recruitment team. The responsibilities would involve the following but are not limited to:

- Driving recruitment activities. Assisting in sourcing and screening candidates from different online portals.

- Assisting in ideating and designing referral campaigns for the organization.

- Scheduling interviews and updating the candidates on the interview process.

- Manage applicants database on Applicant Tracking Software

- Working on designing and executing various recruitment pilots.

- Helping in lead generation of college and university contacts across the country.

Requirements:
