Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring activities across assigned business verticals. The individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

- Track candidate status and maintain recruitment trackers accurately.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Manage offer rollout, follow-ups, and joining coordination as required.

- Meet hiring timelines and closure targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Prior recruitment experience preferred (agency or corporate hiring).

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.





- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and recruitment portals.

Mandatory Infrastructure Requirement

- Candidate must possess and use their own personal laptop with a stable internet connection throughout the contract period.

- Axis Bank/Company laptop and hardware will not be provided for this role.

- The recruiter must ensure uninterrupted connectivity and a suitable work setting to effectively perform recruitment activities remotely.
