As the Recruitment Manager for BFSI & NBFC Vertical, you will take complete ownership of mid-to-senior level lateral hiring. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for niche retail asset roles, with a core focus on Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgages, Internal Reference Officer (IRO) Mortgages, and Collection Executives. The ideal candidate brings a robust network of industry contacts, deep domain knowledge of retail lending structures, and a proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Lateral Sourcing: Drive specialized lateral recruitment across multiple geographies for critical business functions including Sales, Credit, Operations, and Collections.
- Niche Domain Mapping: Target, screen, and headhunt professionals specialized in asset products: Home Loans, LAP, Commercial/Retail Mortgages, IRO Mortgages, and hard/soft Collection Executives.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with internal leadership and banking client stakeholders to understand manpower business demands,



formulate sourcing strategies, and deliver timely pipelines.
- Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and monitor a team of HR recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to ensure alignment with delivery TATs (Turnaround Times) and quality parameters.
- Sourcing Strategy Optimization: Utilize a mix of traditional and modern recruitment tools—including premium job portals, headhunting, mapping competitors, skilled networks (LinkedIn), and referral networks.

Salary Negotiation: Manage the complete closure process, including multi-stage interviewing coordination, continuous background validation alignment, and detailed compensation positioning according to current industry trends.
