About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Recruiter Interns to join our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment processes. Performance-based incentives will be provided for successful recruitment closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates for IT requirements.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Support offer follow-ups, joining coordination, and onboarding activities.




- Work towards recruitment targets and achieve successful closures.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals is an advantage.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
