Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Operations:* Support end-to-end sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling for counselors, psychologists, and interns.
Onboarding & Induction:* Assist in managing the onboarding, background documentation, and initial induction process for fresh internship cohorts and new team members.
Team Management:* Maintain and update tracking logs for personnel attendance, intern project lifecycles, and ongoing task updates.
HR Communications:* Foster a team-oriented environment by circulating internal policy updates and helping coordinate internal team skilling sessions.
What We Are Looking For
- Candidates pursuing or possessing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Confident communicators with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized individuals comfortable using digital workspaces and reporting frameworks (MS Office, Google Workspace).
