Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.

Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers.

Coordinate salary discussions and offer processes with selected candidates.

Ensure smooth pre-joining and onboarding coordination.

Build and maintain a robust candidate database for current and future requirements. Coordinate with recruitment agencies and monitor their performance.





Prepare recruitment reports and track open positions, shortlisted, rejected, hold, selected, and joined candidates.

Ensure positions are closed within the agreed timelines. Support employer branding and other HR initiatives when required.

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred: Experience in recruitment for automotive, retail, sales, technical, corporate, or multi-location businesses.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
