Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with a solid background in volume and bulk hiring for non-technical roles across various sectors such as IT, finance, healthcare,

customer service, sales,



marketing, and administration. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring a high-

quality talent pipeline and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

•

Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening,

interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Handle volume and bulk hiring requirements efficiently to meet organizational staffing goals.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards (e.g., Naukri, Monster),

social media, networking, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or in-person interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.

Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from hiring teams.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure long-

term engagement.

Eligibility Criteria

1)Should have completed Btech or MBA
