About the Company

Young Minds Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (YMTS) is a product-based software company that develops business software solutions, including PetroSoft, RestroSoft, LPGSoft, and RetailSoft. We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Kannada-speaking candidates to join our Sales Team.

The Kannada Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers through phone calls, explaining the company's software products and services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our software products.
- Promote and sell company products, including PetroSoft, RestroSoft, LPGSoft, and RetailSoft.
- Communicate with Kannada-speaking customers and understand their business requirements.
- Generate leads, follow up with interested customers, and convert leads into sales.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.




- Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up reports.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements
- Good Kannada communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with sales or telecalling experience can apply.
- Positive convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
