We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Goregaon East Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.

Job Requirements




- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role with at least 2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
