Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Salesperson role is based in Jaipur.

The Real Estate

Salesperson will support clients through the entire property transaction lifecycle, including identifying suitable properties, scheduling and conducting site visits, and explaining listing details and transaction terms. The role involves managing a pipeline of leads, following up with prospective buyers and tenants, and maintaining accurate records in Room Villa’s systems.

Salesperson will collaborate with property owners, other real estate professionals, and internal teams to ensure listings are up to date and accurately represented.



The position also requires providing responsive customer service, guiding clients through documentation and closing processes, and promoting Room Villa’s value proposition of verified, trustworthy listings.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Real Estate and Real Property, with a robust understanding of local market trends.
- Valid Real Estate License and familiarity with regulatory requirements and standard transaction practices.
- Customer Service and Sales skills, including the ability to build rapport, handle inquiries, and close deals effectively.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Comfort working on-site in Jaipur, with flexibility to conduct property visits and meet clients as needed.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and property listing platforms; experience in a PropTech environment is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple leads and property listings simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
