Role & responsibilities

- Promote the companys real estate projects and properties to prospective customers.
- Generate and follow up on property enquiries through suitable marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to share qualified leads and support customer follow-ups.
- Help plan and carry out local promotional campaigns, events, and property visits.
- Maintain records of enquiries and report campaign results to the manager.

Preferred candidate profile

- At least 2 years of experience in real estate marketing.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Able to work from the company’s office in Kondapur, Hyderabad.
- Familiarity with local real estate marketing channels is an advantage.
