Role Overview

You will be the main point of contact for our clients. You will understand what they need, find properties that match, and take each deal through to successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients and build robust, long-term relationships.
- Gather and document client requirements, including budget, location, property type, timelines and investment goals.
- Work closely with buyers, sellers, investors, brands, startups and real estate builders.
- Identify and shortlist suitable properties based on client requirements.
- Arrange and conduct site visits and property viewings.
- Negotiate with parties and keep communication clear and timely.
- Successfully onboard properties and clients, coordinating documentation and follow-ups until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and deal status.
- Keep up with market trends,



pricing and new property developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Any degree from a recognised university.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate, sales, client servicing or a similar field. Strong freshers with good communication may also be considered.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and match them with the right property.
- Good follow-up, organisation and time management.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and the local language. Additional languages are a plus.
- Must own a two-wheeler, as the role involves frequent site visits.

Good to Have
- Knowledge of the local property market and micro-markets.
- Understanding of property documentation and the buying and selling process.
- An existing network of property owners, brokers or builders.
