Role Description The Real Estate Consultant role at Brickfolio Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The consultant will support clients through the end-to-end property transaction cycle, including identifying suitable residential and commercial properties, conducting site visits, explaining project features, and guiding clients through documentation and closing.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a portfolio of listings, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, investors, and corporate clients.



The role also involves market research, monitoring local real estate trends, coordinating with internal teams and developers, and ensuring high standards of client service. The consultant will be expected to meet sales targets ethically, provide clear advice on property values and investment potential, and participate in training or knowledge-sharing sessions to stay current with market developments.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, including residential and commercial markets.
- Proven Sales skills with experience in lead generation, client conversion, and target achievement.
- Effective Negotiation abilities to manage offers, close deals, and maintain positive client and partner relationships.
- Experience in Training or mentoring, with the ability to share market insights and best practices with peers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused and ethical approach.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, manage multiple clients, and handle field work and property visits.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems for managing leads and property data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in real estate consulting or brokerage is an advantage.
