Role Description The Ready Mix Concrete Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving sales and business growth for ready mix concrete products. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with contractors, developers, and infrastructure clients, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

The Sales

Manager will prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, and monitor customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include market research,



sales forecasting, tracking key performance metrics, and preparing regular sales reports for management. The role also involves collaboration with technical and project teams to align product offerings with project requirements and company quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of ready mix concrete products, construction materials, and basic technical understanding of concrete mix design and quality standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in market analysis, forecasting, and the use of sales reporting tools or CRM systems.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in ready mix concrete sales or construction industry sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Gurugram, travel to client locations as needed, and uphold safety and ethical business practices.
