/ Key Responsibilities

- Primary Project Promotion: Actively pitch, market, and promote brand-new real estate launches by leading tier-1 developers, covering premium residential apartments, plots, villas, commercial shops, corporate offices, malls, and restaurants across Gurgaon.

- HNI Relationship Management: Connect, build strategic networks, and nurture active relationships with HNIs and Super HNIs to pitch and market Luxury &
- Ultra-Luxury residential assets.

- Lead Conversion &

- Meetings:

Identify prospective buyers, handle inbound telephonic inquiries, and effectively convert interactions into face-to-face consultative meetings.

- Consultative Pitching: Meet clients to thoroughly evaluate their real estate requirements, deliver qualified project presentations, and arrange swift, seamless site visits.

- Site Visits &

- Client Experience:

Coordinate and accompany clients during property site inspections, providing a highly personalized, premium concierge-level experience.

- Deal Closures: Independently handle end-to-end deal pipelines including price negotiations, closing finalizations, property documentation, and all compliance formalities.

Candidate Profile &

- Requirements

- Market Experience: 2 to 7 years of proven sales and marketing track record,



specifically within Original Bookings / Developer Sales in the Gurgaon real estate market.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional command over oral and written English, paired with sharp persuasion and high-level negotiation skills.

- Sales Acumen: An aggressive, proactive, and target-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to execute complex property transactions and closures.

- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Gurugrams premium micro-markets, upcoming project pipelines, real estate documentation, property laws, and RERA compliance.

- Logistics &
- Residency:

Must own a personal vehicle (valid conveyance mandatory) for property inspections and client meetings. Must reside in Delhi, Gurgaon, or closely adjacent NCR areas.

Education

- UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization (Graduation in Marketing / Business preferred)

- PG: MBA / PGDM in Marketing or a related field is preferred (not mandatory)

- Doctorate: Any Doctorate - Any Specialization / Doctorate Not Required
