Job Profile

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to promote and sell residential properties. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with prospective buyers, conducting site visits, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and field activities.
2. Handle inquiries from prospective customers interested in residential properties.
3. Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to customers.
4. Arrange and conduct site visits for potential buyers.
5. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
6. Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
7. Negotiate with customers and assist in closing sales deals.

Maintain customer databases and daily sales reports.
9. Coordinate with the internal team for bookings and documentation.
10. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Candidate Requirements 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably residential projects.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Knowledge of the Nashik real estate market will be an advantage.

Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.

Basic computer knowledge and lead management skills.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and property site visits.

Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month
