Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and innovative R&D; Manager with hands-on expertise in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), lithium-ion batteries, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and inverters. The candidate will be responsible for product development, electrical system design, prototyping, testing, validation, and commercialization of new products and energy storage solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical engineering experience, and the ability to develop reliable, cost-effective, and market-ready products.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead R&D; and product development projects from concept to commercialization.
- Design and develop BESS, lithium-ion battery systems, ESS solutions, and related electrical products.
- Handle electrical R&D; activities involving batteries, BMS, inverters, power electronics, and control systems.
- Develop product concepts, prototypes, technical specifications, engineering drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Conduct product testing, performance validation, and qualification.
- Support BMS configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and inverterbattery compatibility testing.
- Improve existing products through design optimization, cost reduction, performance enhancement, and reliability improvement.




- Identify emerging technologies and opportunities for product innovation.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (RCA/CAPA).
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve electrical and system-level issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, test reports, and validation records.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–12 years of experience in R&D;, product development, electrical engineering, or product design.
- Hands-on experience in BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of lithium-ion batteries, ESS, BMS, inverters, and battery integration.
- Experience in new product development, prototyping, testing, and product commercialization.
- Knowledge of power electronics, electrical system design, and system integration.
- Ability to prepare engineering drawings, BOMs, technical specifications, and validation documents.
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.

Educational Qualification B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering, preferably with relevant experience in battery technologies, BMS, ESS, and inverters.
