- Maintain and control product documents, drawings, and technical records.
- Assist in finalizing quality standards and engineering specifications.
- Monitor process development and product realization activities.
- Identify special characteristics and conduct feasibility reviews.
- Identify product safety parameters and promote safety awareness.
- Implement error-proofing methods and control plans.
- Coordinate PPAP documentation and submission activities.
- Support development of manufacturing processes, facilities, and equipment.
- Coordinate with customers regarding current product development.
- Review customer-specific changes within two working weeks and maintain records.
- Obtain and maintain customer approval for deviations from approved PPAP.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and quality issues.
