Inviting applications for the role of RCM -AR and Collections Management

Work location: Noida(work from office)

Shift: Candidates must be willing to work 5 days from the office, with a 6:00 AM IST shift start

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Receivable (RCM) Process Developer to own and execute end-to-end management of AR Follow-up and Denials Management, Billing & Collection. In this dynamic role, you will manage follow-up and resolution of outstanding claims with insurance payers and period-end reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will leverage strong analytical skills to investigate open balance.

The ideal candidate possesses deep, hands-on experience with RCM.





- Customer MDM & Billing Operations

Responsible for managing end-to-end billing and MDM processes, managing customer master data governance, driving billing accuracy, resolving complex billing exceptions, improving billing controls, supporting governance, and mentoring Analysts to ensure timely and accurate claim generation and submission.

Responsibilities

- Manage customer master creation, modification, maintenance, validation, and deactivation activities in compliance with defined governance controls.
- Manage Credit limit Approvals & Setup
- Manage complex billing inventories, including claim creation, validation, submission, correction, and rebilling across payer types.
- Investigate and resolve claim edits, rejections, missing information, coding or authorization dependencies, and billing-system exceptions.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring billing defects, unbilled accounts, delayed submissions, and preventable claim rework.
- Partner with Coding, Authorization, AR, Payment Posting, and Client teams to resolve upstream issues affecting timely and accurate billing.
- Prepare operational insights on billing backlog, clean-claim performance, submission timeliness, defects, and revenue-risk trends.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

- 1-2 years of healthcare RCM experience with significant exposure to Billing operations and Customer Master Data Management.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

- Basic understanding of healthcare RCM processes and interdependencies across AR, MDM, Billing and Payment Posting.




- Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, SUN System, Telis or similar enterprise systems.
- Strong customer service orientation with clear written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail, documentation discipline, and ability to manage master data and billing.
- Working knowledge of Excel, ticket/workflow tools, and billing systems preferred.
