Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor (Fresher/Entry Level) role located in Hyderabad.

The Quantity

Surveyor will assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), taking measurements, and supporting cost estimation for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities include helping with cost planning, monitoring budget variations, and supporting cost control during different stages of design and construction. The role involves assisting in cost reporting, preparing basic documentation,



coordinating with project teams, and maintaining accurate records of quantities, costs, and materials.

The Quantity

Surveyor will work closely with senior engineers and architects to ensure projects are delivered within budget and in line with company standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs to support accurate project estimations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Cost Planning and Cost Management to assist in budget development and monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
- Candidates should possess skills in Cost Control and Cost Reporting to track expenditures, support financial documentation, and provide basic cost summaries.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Foundational understanding of construction materials, methods, and basic architectural/engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and willingness to learn quantity surveying and project management software.
- Solid numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams on-site.
