Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to handle cost estimation, quantity calculations, and cost control for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs and cost estimates.
- Calculate material quantities from construction drawings.
- Prepare rate analysis and cost reports.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Assist in preparing quotations and tender documents.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and BOQ preparation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
