Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred.

- Additional certification or training in Quantity Surveying will be an advantage.

- Knowledge of construction estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior design drawings.

- Knowledge of construction materials, labour costs, and current market rates.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

- Knowledge of estimation software and billing procedures is an added advantage.

- Experience

- Freshers with robust technical knowledge may be considered for trainee positions.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

- Experience in building construction and interior projects will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
