1. Quantity Surveyor (QS)

- Experience: Minimum 3 years
- Qualification: Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering
- Job Location: Bangalore
- Key Responsibilities:
- Quantity estimation and BOQ preparation
- Rate analysis and cost estimation
- Client billing and contractor billing
- Material quantity calculations and cost control

1. Civil Engineer

- Experience: 2–5 years
- Qualification: Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering
- Job Location: Bangalore
- Key Responsibilities:
- Site supervision and execution of civil works
- Quality control and assurance
- Material management and site coordination
- Coordination with contractors and project teams





Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Relevant experience in construction projects.
- Positive technical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in Bangalore.
