Quality Manager – Electroplating & Watch Assembly

Job Location: Ecotech-3, Surajpur, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in electroplating, metal finishing, and watch assembly operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing quality control activities, implementing quality management systems, reducing product defects, and ensuring consistent product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Candidates with relevant experience in electroplating quality and watch assembly manufacturing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Process Quality Control (PQC), and Final Quality Control (FQC).
- Monitor electroplating quality, plating thickness, surface finish, colour consistency, scratches, stains, and corrosion defects.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during watch case assembly and complete watch assembly operations.
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and maintain working knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Apply quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis.
- Monitor rejection rates, rework, customer complaints, and production defects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality and reduce manufacturing losses.
- Manage internal and external quality audits,



inspection reports, quality documentation, and MIS.
- Lead and train Quality Inspectors and Engineers.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in quality management within manufacturing.
- Relevant experience in electroplating, metal finishing, and watch assembly quality control.
- Strong understanding of IQC, PQC, FQC, QMS, RCA, and CAPA.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
- Experience with quality audits, defect analysis, and continuous improvement tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000, depending on experience and interview performance.
